How do you calculate delivery mileage?
We calculate delivery and pickup charges based on the distance from our Oakdale business location. Delivery is included within 20 miles. Beyond that, we charge $2 per additional mile to cover fuel and travel costs.
Are the boxes delivered to my door?
Yes, we deliver our 27-gallon reusable black boxes directly to your doorstep. We also offer pickup services at your convenience, allowing you to have a completely clean and organized move.
Can I have a different pickup address?
Yes, you can have a different pickup address than your delivery address. We are flexible and will coordinate with you to ensure your boxes are returned to the most convenient location for you.
What happens if a box is lost or damaged?
If a 27-gallon BumbleBox is lost or damaged, there is a $20 replacement fee. Missing or damaged lids incur a $5 fee each. Our dolly equipment is covered by a $75 replacement fee if lost or damaged.
How do I extend my rental time?
You can extend your rental time by 3 days for $20, 7 days for $35, or 14 days for $70. This ensures you have enough time to complete your move without any rush.
